Potluck is a flexible, community-powered space for creativity and connection. Housed in a historic storefront in Mount Vernon, Potluck serves as a welcoming hub for local artists, instructors, makers, and neighbors to share what they know and what they love.

Our Space
Streetfront space
The main streetfront space is 34’ x 14’ and has hardwood floors and a Takiya art rail hanging system.
The conference space is 14’ x 20’ and is carpeted. It is furnished with a table and chairs, a screen, and is adjacent to a bathroom and a galley kitchenette with sink, small fridge, dishwasher, and desk.

Sick of working from your home? The Potluck offices currently have dedicated desks available. Enjoy a quiet, well-equipped space and the company of other professionals in Mount Vernon, within walking distance of light rail, Penn Station, MICA, and dozens of local restaurants and shops.

Comes furnished with a built in desk, overhead shelves, lockable filing cabinet, task lamp, and Herman Miller Aeron Chair. It also includes shared use of a communal table, whiteboard, and discounted conference room booking.

Your space includes high speed Comcast Business Wi-Fi, cleaning/trash, bathroom access, refrigerator access, and use of mailing address.

Desk rental is $400/month with discount options for longer contracts. Off-street parking in private garage available during office hours for $75/month.
